As the waterfall (also known as Lombong fall) is so near to Singapore, it will be crowded on weekends and during school holidays.
After the souvenir shops, the cafe and the crowds, the actual cascades and waterfall come as a pleasant surprise
When you appreciate the isolated character of many Malaysian falls, you may be disappointed by the 'Sunway Lagoon' aspect of Kota Tinggi. But if you close your eyes for the crowds and the many "Don't do this" and "Don't do that" signs, it still can be a rewarding experience.
However the entrance fee should go down to the RM 2.50 it was until recently!

Whilst in the RN based in Singapore on HMS Manxman in about 74/5 ish I used to hire a car and tour Malaysia and always came back via the falls for a swim and cool of, I remember it basically a an area in the forest with a water fall and a small pond and no buildings not as you show it now.

The entrance fee is super expensive RM7.60 per person and parking RM3.20. Need to improve the cleaniness, why i say so .. beside the waterfall there is a staircase lead you to the river. A bunch of indian guy drinking while soaking themselve after the driking session they just throw the cup into the river!!!!! rubbish is everywhere!!!

Klau nk check in hotel lbh baik bw tv skali sbb tkda tv dlm blk.Free mineral water atau sachet kopi atau nescafe dan sudu pn tkda kt dlm bilik hotel. Kcewa jgk ar sbb bila tgk kt review hotel smua ada dlm blk tp tkda. Mlm pn mslh tkda tmpat mkn. Kna bw mknn lebih atau bungkus fast food utk mkn mlm. Tp I suka byk prubahan kt kawasan waterfall.

tempat yang cukup menarik bagi percutian hujung minggu..sesuai utk riadah dgn membawa anak-anak..
akan tetapi terdapat beberapa kemudahan asas seperti di bilik persalinan yg tidak diselenggara dgn baik...
