Pleasant waterfall on the West Coast of Pulau Penang
On the West Coast of Penang island, a mountain road connects the small town of Balik Pulau, famous for its Penang Laksa, with the fishing village of Teluk Bahang. Halfway, in a sharp turn of the road, you will see cars parked along the road, and some stalls selling local fruits. You have reached the site of the Titi Kerawang waterfall.
A Popular Weekend Destination
It may not be easy to park your car, especially in the weekend. This small waterfall is a popular target for locals and tourists alike. From the main road, a path will lead you in about 100 meters to the cascades and the fall. From the pictures it will be clear:
Waterfalls can be dangerous ! Always take care about your safety

i think the penang government should consider building proper parking area near the waterfall. i went there during the weekends and couldn't find a safe parking spot and had to abandon the idea of a visit.
i came from the balik pulau way and it was a sharp dangerous turn at the Titi Kerawang signboard and confronted with people standing to the middle of the narrow road and tour busses parked opposite the stalls.

It such an amazing waterfall but not well maintained. To many rubbish. Malaysian can never learn to respect nature.
