Jeram Lon Falls consist of 3 short height cascade waterfalls centered around the same location. The 1st waterfall (pictured below) has a single drop into a medium sized pool at its base. The rest of the 2 waterfall levels are sloped and has many shallow soaking pools. This waterfall shares the same entrance as Teho Falls. This waterfall is NOT suitable for beginners as it has a long and often vague trail.

Jeram Lon Falls 1

Head to Sungkai town as the landmark. Near the center of the town is a Petron station that leads to the inner region of Ulu Sungkai.(Image 1) Proceed inwards along the main tarred road towards National Wildlife Rescue Centre. A narrow road on the right of it leads to several indigenous villages. Continue along the tarred road till close to a clearing on the right alongside the river.(here) Visitors are advised to park nearby the clearing off the road shoulder without obstructing traffic. It is NOT possible to drive across the metal bridge elevated above the Sg. Sungkai river as it has a barrier gate and is kept locked.

Proceed by foot across the metal bridge into the oil palm estate. There are jungle trails here used by the indigenous villagers but it can be confusing with many junctions. Proceed on the main trail up to a faint Y-junction (Image 2.) and take the left path to proceed to the Sg Lon river. Around 400m after the junction, there will be a river crossing to continue the trail on the left side of the river. Proceed along this trail and there will be another river crossing upriver before reaching Jeram Lon Fall 1. To visit the upper falls, return back to the trail on the right of the stream to go further upriver. The 3rd waterfall is pictured below.(Image 3.)
